Athletics Training 2018
On Monday the 5th of November is athletics day, the whole senior school is practising for this special day.Now I will tell you what I learnt while I was training. For high jump I learnt that when you start, start of slow then get faster when you are turning a corner, that's when you start to sprint so you get momentum. I also learnt for high jump you should do " scissor Legs" and flail you arms up and try to land on your feet. The next sport that we did was long jump, for long jump you should sprint as fast as you can and give yourself a boost by jumping really far and very high, this will make you go farther you should also jump with one foot so it helps you more then to just jump with 2 feet.
